(“Universal”) The Company was created to provide essential infrastructure for talent and artists to create value and strategic partnerships.

CURRENT OPERATION
JPTG has established a formal Talent Division with case study data and history to adopt its representation framework and induct active represented talent. JPTG anticipates opening its Talent Division for online applicants in spring of 2027. Current activity also includes talent development, promotional media, relationship building with event coordinators (individuals and entities), and community partners. Additional talent prospects are under current consideration.

The Company’s immediate priorities are to secure recurring performance opportunities. As the talent roster and production capacity expansion, the company intends to develop additional revenue the representation commissions, recurring engagements, production services, strategic partnerships and products.

JPTG is led by the Board of Directors of Universal. At its present stage, JPTG remains closely connected to founder led execution. Diversifying the Company’s represented talent, revenue sources, and operating relationships is therefore essential.
